Empowering Girls and Women Through Hygiene, Education & Leadership

WHAT YOU DO?

Hygiene Education

Practical, age-appropriate lessons that teach girls and boys how to care for their bodies, prevent illness, and build healthy daily habits. This includes handwashing, menstrual hygiene management, and understanding how hygiene impacts overall well-being and confidence.

Reproductive Health

Foundational education that helps students understand their bodies, menstrual cycles, and key stages of development. The program creates a safe space for learning, reduces stigma, and equips girls with the knowledge and confidence to manage their health with dignity.

Skills Training

Hands-on training that teaches students how to create reusable hygiene products such as pads and period panties. This component builds practical skills, encourages creativity, and introduces pathways for income generation and self-sufficiency.
